Industrial Civil Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, where he also earned his MBA. He served as Head of Energy Risk Management for Enel and its subsidiaries in Latin America. He has also worked in market areas at AES – Andes and as Deputy Risk Manager at CGE Comercializadora.
