Daniel Salazar - Director (Partner)

Civil Electrical Engineer graduated from the Technical University Federico Santa María and received an executive MBA from the University Adolfo Ibañez. Served as Executive Director at CDEC-SING from 2009 to 2016. Between 2016 and 2017 he was responsible for the integration and transformation of the CDEC at the National Electric Coordinator, where he established a historic milestone, the SING-SIC interconnection.

He previously worked for over a decade at the National Energy Commission.

Rafael Carvallo - Consultant (Partner)

Civil Electrical Engineer graduated from the Technical University Federico Santa María, also has a diploma in Free Competition from the Pontificia Catholic University of Chile.

Throughout his career Rafael has worked at National Energy Commission, as Deputy Director of Tolls at the CDEC-SING and up until 2018 performed as Technology and Innovation Manager at National Electric Coordinator.

Sebastián Campos - Research and Business Director

Civil Electrical Engineer graduated from the University of Chile, also has a diploma in Operations Management from the Adolfo Ibanez University, and master’s degree in Energy Economics from the Federico Santa Maria Technical University. Worked at Transelec, in the Operations department of the CDEC-SING. Also excelled as Head of the Operational Excellence Department of the National Electrical Coordinator up until June 2019. During 2017 he completed an internship at the California Independent System Operator (CAISO), where he played a role in the market design and regulatory policy team.

Juan Andrés Vergara - Market Director

Civil Electrical Engineer graduated from the University of Chile, also has a diploma in Free Competition from the Pontificia Catholic University of Chile.

He has experience in Systep Engineering and Design, as well as the Market Operations Department of the CDEC-SING, and up until 2018 in the Research, Development and Innovation Department of the National Electric Coordinator.

Christian Scholz - Development Director

Electrical Engineer from the University of Chile. He worked as Senior Manager at Deloitte in Consulting regarding Operations Transformation for the Energy Sector. Previously he worked as Assistant Manager of Planning and Electrical Studies at Systep Ingeniería y Diseños.

Irma Droguett - Executive Assistant

Bilingual Executive Secretary of ESUCOMEX and MANPOWER, with a Diploma in Executive Assistance from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with more than 25 years of experience as Secretary of the Board of Directors, Management Assistant and Executive Assistant in energy companies, such as AES Gener, Colbún, Pehuenche, CDEC-SING and National Electric Coordinator.

Sebastián Novoa - Studies Engineer

Civil Electrical Engineer graduated from the Technical university Federico Santa María. During 2019 he did an internship in the Open Access Department of the National Electrical Coordinator, and during 2020 he completed the thesis "Technical impact on distribution networks towards the adoption of electromobility in Chile" with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the Ministry of Energy of Chile.

Jaime Aguilar – Studies Engineer

Civil Electrical Engineer with a specialization in Electrical Energy Systems from the University of Santiago de Chile, also has a Diploma in Regulation of the Electricity Sector from the University of Chile. Until 2021 he worked as Electrical Analyst in the Energy Area of Grupo Patio; between 2018 and 2019 he was Analyst in Customer Management in the Vice Presidency of Regulation and Contracts of Transelec.

Luciano Voglio - Studies Engineer

Civil Electrical Engineer graduated from University of Chile. During 2021, he did an internship and his thesis "Generation in electric power systems with consideration of reliability metrics" in Spec Energy consulting company.

Max Pérez - Studies Engineer

Civil Electrical Engineer graduated from the Technical University Federico Santa María. Completed their professional internship in 2021 at ECOM Energía in the Customer Management department, and in 2022 he completed the thesis "Performance of Insulators in HVDC under Severe Pollution Conditions".

Catalina Urrutia - Studies Engineer

Civil Electrical Engineer from the Federico Santa María Technical University. During the beginning of 2023 she carried out her professional practice and title memory "Technical-economic evaluation of the transformation of an electric vehicle powered by catenary, to autonomous operation using H2 as an energy vector" with the company Hydrox and EFE.
